His existence everywhere, at all times. In my fast-paced and often chaotic world, the message of Proverbs 15:3 serves as a call to mindfulness. It makes me consider my actions, my attitude, and my intentions. It also puts be at ease a bit, to know He's watching the good and the evil, He knows all.
